Really, this is a ten out of five star review. I can’t say enough good things. Dave was very thorough and we got our inspection report the next day. It included links for items that were recommended as we did our walk-through of the property, a lot of useful photos and information on mechnical stuff like water and furnace systems. When we began the walk-through I felt confident but at the end of it I felt enabled to be a homeowner and that’s a big deal. 120% would recommend Home Safe Inspection Services. - 1/12/2026

Dave was great for our pre buy inspection. He was incredibly thorough, and took time to explain everything he was doing, common issues with our type of home, and showed me how everything worked. He takes great care in his work, and took the time to ensure that all photos submitted were of high quality, and showed where any deficiencies were.
