Dave was fantastic to work with throughout the home inspection process. He did a thorough job and checked all the little details, which gave us a lot of confidence when waiving the inspection conditions on an older home. The inspection report was organized in a way easy to understand and he took the time to explain his findings and made practical recommendations on what needed immediate attention and what could wait. The biggest thing is Dave took time to answer our questions after the report was released, which was especially helpful since I am not from the area and what may be necessary in Yellowknife is not always as important further south.
